Hello lovelies, I’m Linda Garland, an Australian artist and the creative mastermind behind Pinkoala.

Allow me to firstly introduce you to my furry friend and mascot Pinkoala. She is a cutie, who just like me, is a cancer survivor. Pinkoala has lost her fluffy ears to Chemotherapy, so she wears a beautiful hat fashioned out of eucalyptus leaves and pink gum flowers, and a cheery pink scarf to show the world that she’s determined to survive with a smile.

My artwork is whimsical, beautiful, humorous and inspirational. I love to paint and draw all day long, pretty things and images with heart. Watercolour paintings, coloured pencils, original designs and characters is what you will find in my shop. I make prints and products and am also happy to take custom orders- just send me a message and we can work on it together.

As a younger breast cancer survivor, much of my art aims to help raise awareness and funds for Breast Cancer charities here in Australia. My characters in my pinktober art series for instance- Adalinda and Pickles will have you riding the roller coaster that is a cancer diagnosis.

The rest of my illustrations and fantasy art will take you way to another place, where dragons and faeries and mermaids dwell in a dreamy, colourful wonderland. A place where you will find a treasure perfect for the bedroom, or cosy corner wall- for big and small, for some or all -of the special people in your life.
